The majority of our hotel guests favor non-smoking lodging.  The only way for us to successfully provide this experience is to not allow smoking within our Washington DC hotel.  Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside of the hotel to accommodate the needs of hotel guests who smoke.

Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere within our Georgetown hotel and that there is a significant room recovery fee for hotel guests who do not comply.  This fee is necessary to cover the extensive cost of restoring hotel guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
